1. Order Processing & Confirmation:
When you place an order, payment is taken securely at checkout. We then verify stock availability with our fulfilment partners before your order is prepared for dispatch.
We aim to keep all stock levels accurate. However, in the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you immediately and issue a full refund.
Your order will only proceed to dispatch once stock has been fully confirmed.
Backorder
Some items may be available on backorder. When this applies, the estimated lead time will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase. Backorder items follow the same return and cancellation rules outlined below unless otherwise stated.
2. Dispatch & Delivery:
Once stock is confirmed and your payment has been processed, your order will be dispatched.

Backorder Lead Times
Backorder items follow the extended restock timeframe displayed on the product page, usually 45–60 business days (8–12 weeks). This may exceed our standard delivery window, as restock schedules depend on supplier availability.
3. Remote Area Surcharge:
Some postcodes incur a carrier surcharge due to extended delivery routes. This applies to certain areas of Scotland, Northern Ireland and UK offshore locations.
4. Delivery Access:
Please ensure that your chosen item fits through doorways, stairwells and access points. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, carriers may charge a redelivery fee.
5. Multiple Shipments:
If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately depending on supplier locations and carrier schedules.
Backorder items may also ship separately from in‑stock items.
