- Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £500.
- Standard UK Delivery: In-stock items arrive within 5 to 14 business days across Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and Scotland (location surcharges may apply at checkout).

How will my items be delivered?
To ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time, our delivery method depends on the size, weight, and fragility of your items:
- Standard Parcel Items: Delivered directly to your front door via our trusted 1-man courier partners.
- Large & Heavy Furniture (Room of Choice): Delivered by a specialist 2-man team who will carefully carry your item directly into your room of choice.
- Pallet & Kerbside Deliveries: For select extra-large or heavy items, delivery is made to the nearest accessible kerbside or driveway point outside your property. Please note: Drivers cannot bring palletized items indoors or dispose of the pallet.
What do I need to prepare for delivery?
- Delivery Appointments: Please ensure an adult is available during your agreed delivery window. Missed appointments or failed access may incur courier re-delivery charges.
- Measuring for Access: Please measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, and elevators prior to ordering. Customers are responsible for verifying that access paths are clear.
- Packaging Allowance: Note that boxed delivery dimensions will be slightly larger than the listed product dimensions due to protective packaging. Please account for this when measuring narrow entryways.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our primary delivery services cover Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. International shipping will be added soon — you can join our mailing list to be the first to know when it launches.
Pre-Orders
How do Pre-Orders work?
Pre-ordered items are custom-crafted with care and carry an estimated dispatch window of 8 to 12 weeks (45 to 60 business days) based on our suppliers' specialized production schedules and international freight routes.

Can I cancel a Pre-Order before it ships?
Yes. Extended lead times reflect factory allocation and shipping schedules, but you may cancel any Pre-Order for a 100% full refund at any time prior to carrier dispatch. Once delivered, standard 14-day return rights apply.
Returns, Inspection & Damaged Items
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-Day Return Window. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to return any item, including Pre-Orders. Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt back at our warehouse to your original payment method, including standard outbound delivery charges on full cancellations.

How do I return an item, and what are the care conditions?
Items returned under our 14-day policy must be complete, undamaged, and packaged with reasonable care. To start a return, email contact@maisonmargarita.co.uk. We can arrange a convenient freight collection directly from your address, with actual return courier recovery fees deducted from your final refund.
What if my piece arrives damaged or defective?
We kindly ask that you perform a prompt inspection of your piece upon arrival. If anything isn't quite right, please share photos of the issue and packaging with us promptly at contact@maisonmargarita.co.uk. Our team will swiftly arrange a complimentary repair, replacement, or resolution under your statutory rights.

Are your materials ethically sourced?
Yes. While individual production techniques vary by collection, the majority of our supply partners prioritize responsible material sourcing—including sustainably harvested timber, eco-conscious upholstery, and long-lasting natural stone designed to endure for decades rather than seasons.
Are natural variations in wood, marble, or leather normal?
Yes! Unique timber grains, marble veining, organic leather textures, and hand-applied metal finishes are natural characteristics of quality craftsmanship. These natural nuances ensure every Maison Margarita piece is uniquely yours.
How should I care for and maintain my furniture?
To keep your pieces looking pristine for years to come, we recommend following these general care guidelines based on the material:
- Natural Wood & Veneers: Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive pads. Use coasters, placemats, and felt pads under tabletop accents to protect finishes from heat and liquid spills. Keep timber out of direct, intense sunlight to prevent uneven fading.
- Marble & Natural Stone: Wipe up liquid spills immediately—especially acidic substances like wine, coffee, or citrus—as natural stone can be porous. Clean using a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a neutral pH soap. Never use vinegar, bleach, or acidic bathroom cleaners.
- Upholstery & Fabrics (Bouclé, Velvet, Leather): Vacuum gently on low suction using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. For minor liquid spills, blot (do not rub) immediately with a clean, dry white cloth. For deeper stains, we recommend professional furniture cleaning.
