- Standard Parcel Items: Delivered directly to your front door via our trusted 1-man courier partners.
- Large & Heavy Furniture (Room of Choice): Delivered by a specialist 2-man team who will carefully carry your item directly into your room of choice.
- Pallet & Kerbside Deliveries: For select extra-large or heavy items, delivery is made to the nearest accessible kerbside or driveway point outside your property. Please note: Drivers cannot bring palletized items indoors or dispose of the pallet.
Tracking & Delivery Windows:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or a call from our courier team to confirm your scheduled delivery date and time window.
Delivery Appointments:
To ensure a smooth arrival, please ensure an adult is available during your agreed delivery window, as missed appointments or failed access may incur courier re-delivery charges.
Measuring for Access:
Please measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, and elevators prior to ordering. Customers are responsible for verifying that access paths are clear and suitable for delivery.
Packaging & Box Dimensions:

Pre-Orders & Lead Times:
Extended lead times (8–12 weeks) reflect factory allocation and international shipping schedules. You may cancel any Pre-Order for a 100% full refund at any time prior to carrier dispatch. Once delivered, standard 14-day return rights apply.
Prompt Inspection:

Return Care:
Items returned under our 14-day policy must be complete, undamaged, and packaged with reasonable care. We can arrange a convenient freight collection directly from your address, with actual return courier recovery fees deducted from your refund.
Refund Details:
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse back to your original payment method, including standard outbound delivery charges on full cancellations.

Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scouring pads, bleach, or silicone-based polishes, as these can strip protective finishes.
