How We Deliver Your Items:
To ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time, our delivery method depends on the size, weight, and fragility of your items:
- Standard Parcel Items: Delivered directly to your front door via our trusted 1-man courier partners.
- Large & Heavy Furniture (Room of Choice): Delivered by a specialist 2-man team who will carefully carry your item directly into your room of choice.
- Pallet & Kerbside Deliveries: For select extra-large or heavy items, delivery is made to the nearest accessible kerbside or driveway point outside your property. Please note: Drivers cannot bring palletized items indoors or dispose of the pallet.
Tracking & Delivery Windows:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or a call from our courier team to confirm your scheduled delivery date and time window.
Delivery Appointments:
To ensure a smooth arrival, please ensure an adult is available during your agreed delivery window, as missed appointments or failed access may incur courier re-delivery charges.
Measuring for Access:
Please measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, and elevators prior to ordering. Customers are responsible for verifying that access paths are clear and suitable for delivery.
Packaging & Box Dimensions:
Boxed delivery dimensions will be slightly larger than the listed product dimensions due to protective packaging. Please account for this when measuring narrow entryways.
14-Day Return Window:
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery to return any item, including Pre-Orders.
Pre-Orders & Lead Times:
Extended lead times (8–12 weeks) reflect factory allocation and international shipping schedules. You may cancel any Pre-Order for a 100% full refund at any time prior to carrier dispatch. Once delivered, standard 14-day return rights apply.
Prompt Inspection:
We kindly ask that you inspect your piece upon arrival. If anything isn't quite right, please share photos with us promptly at contact@maisonmargarita.co.uk so our team can arrange a complimentary repair, replacement, or resolution under your statutory rights.
Return Care:
Items returned under our 14-day policy must be complete, undamaged, and packaged with reasonable care. We can arrange a convenient freight collection directly from your address, with actual return courier recovery fees deducted from your refund.
Refund Details:
Approved refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse back to your original payment method, including standard outbound delivery charges on full cancellations.

- Daily Cleaning & Surface Care: Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For routine cleaning, wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately with a clean towel. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive scouring pads, bleach, or silicone-based polishes, as these can strip protective finishes.
- Surface Protection: To safeguard against heat, moisture rings, and scratches, always use coasters, placemats, and felt protective pads under tabletop accents. Blot spills immediately with a clean, absorbent cloth—do not rub.
- Upholstery Care: Vacuum upholstered elements gently using a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. Spot clean minor marks immediately using a mild, diluted soap solution and a soft cloth, taking care not to oversaturate the fabric.
