Care
Keep furniture away from direct heat, moisture, and prolonged sunlight. Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth and clean with a slightly damp cloth, drying immediately. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, bleach, or silicone-based cleaners. Use coasters, placemats, and protective pads to prevent damage, and wipe spills straight away. Lift furniture when moving and ensure items sit on level surfaces. Natural variations in wood, metal, and hand-finished surfaces are normal. For upholstered areas, vacuum gently and spot clean with mild soap and water only.
Delivery & Returns
We deliver across the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland (surcharges may apply). Orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days.
Backorder Items
- Backorder items follow supplier restock schedules and may take 45–60 business days (8–12 weeks) for dispatch.
